Thanks for shopping with us at A Brighter Home. We take great pride in our products, but we understand that mistakes can happen, things can get damaged in transit, or perhaps you’ve just changed your mind. Don’t worry – we’re here to help.
If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, all we ask is that your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and that you have the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you that we have received it and then let you know if your return is approved once we’ve inspected it.
If your return is approved, we will send you a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original method of payment, usually within a few days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This cost is not refundable to you.
Damaged In Transit Items
Occasionally, items get damaged during the delivery process. Before you sign for delivery, check the packaging for damage. If any damage is evident, ensure this is flagged with the courier at the time of delivery, as otherwise we may not be able to help you with any claims against the courier. If possible, take photos and get in touch with us below.
